This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://inhss.com (the “Site”), or Legal In-House Senior Services (“our” / “us” / “we” / “Business”). It also applies to the initial development firm that built the website, CP Solutions, LLC. (“CPS” / “CP Solutions”)

As a website developer, CPS holds all users solely responsible for any applicable compliance with federal or state laws governing the privacy and security of personal data, including medical or other sensitive data. Users acknowledge that the Services may not be appropriate for the storage or control of access to sensitive data, such as information about children or medical or health information. CPS does not control or monitor the information or data you store on, or transmit through, our Services. We specifically disclaim any representation or warranty that the Services, as offered, comply with the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Customers requiring secure storage of “protected health information” under HIPAA are expressly release CPS from liability. We do not sign “Business Associate Agreements” for website content or forms and you agree that CPS is not a Business Associate or subcontractor or agent of yours pursuant to HIPAA.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the Form Information that we collect generally to contact people who willingly reached out through the Site. Additionally, we use this Form Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide your information with 3rd parties
